Co-Founder & Partner
David Viteri is the Co-Founder and Partner of Jaxson Steel. He began his career in the elevator industry over 31 years ago with NY Elevator, where he spent 14 years gaining foundational industry experience. He later transitioned into field installation work before moving into the manufacturing side of the elevator industry. At Jaxson Steel, David oversees product development and manufacturing initiatives, bringing decades of hands-on expertise to the company’s product line and innovation efforts.
Kimberly Viteri
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Jaxson Steel, where she oversees operations, strategic growth, and day-to-day management. With a strong background in manufacturing and distribution, Kimberly plays a key role in expanding product lines, strengthening vendor relationships, and driving the company’s continued growth within the elevator industry.
Kaylee Baus
Project Manager
Kaylee Baus is the Project Manager at Jaxson Steel, where she oversees client communication, order coordination, and project execution from start to finish. She works closely with clients to place and schedule orders, manage timelines, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout each phase of the process.
A University of Tampa graduate with a degree in Business Management, Kaylee brings a strong foundation in organization, strategy, and execution to her role. In addition to project coordination, she develops and manages client email campaigns, handles coding and client outreach, and maintains organized workflows to support efficient execution. Known for her strong organizational skills, problem-solving approach, and attention to detail, she ensures projects run smoothly while delivering a seamless and professional client experience.
Sabina Bianchi
Director of Marketing
Sabina Bianchi is the Director of Marketing at Jaxson Steel, where she helps shine a spotlight on the company’s high quality elevator cab sills. She’s currently studying Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Tampa, and loves bringing what she learns in the classroom straight into real world marketing projects. Sabina has a knack for creative ideas, clear communication, and building strong connections with customers.
